Steelage Technocast was established with a strong focus on precision & investment casting, backed by in-house quality inspection facilities and advanced testing equipment from the very beginning.

The facility expanded its casting range and material capabilities, enabling production across a broader range of engineering alloy grades.

Steelage expanded its customer base across valve, pump, automotive, and general engineering industries, serving a wider range of industrial applications.

Installed a solar power system to support sustainable manufacturing and reduce the facility's environmental footprint.

Expanded manufacturing capabilities to achieve an annual production capacity exceeding 500 tons, supporting growing customer demand across industries.

Steelage Technocast expanded its manufacturing capabilities by introducing sand casting, enabling the production of larger and more complex components while serving a broader range of industrial applications.

Successfully developed and manufactured more than 10,000 precision casting products for diverse industrial applications across multiple material grades.
As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged: delivering exceptional precision castings and building lasting partnerships with our customers across diverse industrial sectors.
Our Process
Every precision casting passes through a carefully controlled sequence of processes, from initial wax pattern development to final inspection. Each stage contributes to the dimensional accuracy, material performance and consistent quality of the finished component.

Precision tooling is developed to produce wax patterns that match the exact geometry of the required casting. Each wax pattern forms the basis for the final metal component.

Individual wax patterns are assembled onto a central wax sprue to form a cluster, also known as a tree. This arrangement influences how molten metal flows into each pattern cavity.

The wax cluster is repeatedly dipped into ceramic slurry and coated with fine refractory sand. Multiple dipping and drying cycles build a robust ceramic shell around the wax pattern.

The ceramic shell undergoes controlled dewaxing to remove the wax pattern, leaving a hollow ceramic mould. The shell is then fired to develop the strength and thermal stability required for metal pouring.

Selected raw materials and alloys are melted to the required chemistry and temperature. The molten metal is poured into preheated ceramic shells under controlled conditions.

Once solidified and cooled, the ceramic shell is removed to reveal the casting cluster. Individual castings are separated from the runner system and undergo finishing operations.

Each casting undergoes dimensional inspection, visual examination and, where required, non-destructive testing and material analysis before final approval and release.
